Bebashi-Transition to Hope is a multi-purpose health and social services agency. We provide culturally sensitive health-related information, direct services, education, research, and technical assistance to reduce and eliminate HIV/AIDS as well as other health disparities, such as breast cancer and hunger, within the urban community of Philadelphia and vicinity.

Bebashi Transition to Hope is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Treatment Adherence Specialist

The Treatment Adherence Specialist is responsible for assisting the 340B Coordinator with day-to-day activities of Bebashi’ s 340B Pharmacy Program. The Treatment Adherence Specialist will interface with clients to ensure that they receive their appropriate medications as well as ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction

Bebashi Transition to Hope is a healthcare agency and all employees are required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

Compensation: Commensurate with Experience and Education

Experience and Skills:

Education:

A High School Diploma is required.

Associate’s degree preferred.

Experience:

A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a pharmacy or clinic.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Skills and Abilities:

Microsoft Office 365, ability to work autonomously as well as receive direct supervision.

Licensed/Certified Pharmacy Technician required or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.

Valid driver’s license with 3-year clean driving record.

Other:

Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong presentation skills.

Excellent planning and organizational skills, including attention to detail and data management.

Strong customer service orientation is necessary.

Demonstrated ability to work well within a team.

Demonstrated initiative and ability to handle deadlines, pressure and changing priorities with good judgment.

Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm OR 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
