PREVENTION EDUCATION NAVIGATOR

Bebashi-Transition to Hope is a multi-purpose health
and social services agency. We provide culturally sensitive
health-related information, direct services, education, research, and
technical assistance to reduce and eliminate HIV/AIDS as well as other
health disparities, such as breast cancer and hunger, within the urban
community of Philadelphia and vicinity.
Bebashi Transition to Hope is seeking A Prevention
Navigator to work with clients in underserved communities;
primarily African-American and Latino communities.
The Prevention Navigator will determine eligibility
to participate in Navigation services. In addition, the selected
candidate will screen and test clients for HIV, STIs and pregnancy,
conduct short-term counseling sessions, conduct sexual health
educational presentations and workshops and provide referral services
to clients for psychosocial services.
Bebashi Transition to Hope is a healthcare agency and all employees
