Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
MidAtlantic Employers Association (MEA) is hiring!
The role of the Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is
to foster engagement and the overall experience of MEA Members in
addition to providing general administrative support for the
organization.
This is a part-time position (18 - 24 hours per week) based onsite at
MEA’s King of Prussia office location. The workdays are Tuesday -
Thursday and the start time is 8:00am.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Greet guests and ensure the highest level of customer service and
member experience - in person, over the phone or via email.
- Support the MEA training center - room set up/clean up, order
breakfast/lunch as needed, print materials, etc.
- Order supplies for staff, office, and training center.
- Collaborate and assist other staff members, when possible.
- Performing all administrative duties as required.
