Job Description:
JL Entertainment Designs is looking for an
Audio/Video Technician to help our growing and expanding company in
Chester County. This is a field-based, customer-facing role that
installs residential, commercial, and hospitality audio/video,
surveillance and network equipment. This position is also
responsible for troubleshooting, service repairs and equipment modifications.
If you can install audio/video equipment, especially TVs and
surround sound. This is a position for you!
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform the assembly, installation and troubleshooting of A/V
equipment including but not be limited to, rack assembly, audio
equipment and speaker installation, installing video projectors
and screens, televisions, and related infrastructure.

Running, terminating, testing and labeling cables.

Knowledge and ability to set up and configure wired and
wireless networking equipment.

Ability to understand and integrate AV equipment within a network.

Train and instruct customers on proper use of applicable technology.

Maintain a clean work environment and succeeding with a
thorough clean up at the end of each project.

Manage time including time on the customer sites as well as
travel time.

Maintain a positive relationship with clients while ensuring
their needs are met and the equipment is working properly.

Represent JL Entertainment Designs, the company in a courteous
& professional manner to clients and other trades.
