Kitchen/Bath Designer

Job Description:

A&C is seeking a kitchen/bath designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience, working knowledge of 20/20 design software.

Be willing to work in a fast paced, busy and fun environment.

Responsibilities:

Participate in showroom consultations to ascertain client needs

Assist customer with layout, design and finish selections

Provide a professional, functional design and accurate cost estimate to client

Verify project/jobsite dimensions if needed

Sell job aligning with company’s gross profit targets

Order all merchandise and check acknowledgements to verify accuracy

Handle follow up with client to resolve and problems or issues

Generate client referrals

Work with contractors and builders to build repeat business

Stay up to date on industry trends

Participate in meetings to ensure showroom offerings are current

Experience and Skills:

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Be able to multi task.
• Manage the sale from consultation to completion of job

Salary:

Starting Salary based on experience. Potential for $100K plus annually
