Fetch Pet Insurance is expanding and looking for a Senior Compliance
Analyst to join our team! This position is hybrid, working 2 days a
week in office in the financial district of NYC and 3 days a week remotely.

Fetch is seeking a research oriented, solution driven individual to
join our fast-paced Insurance Team and own all things related to compliance.
The Senior Compliance Analyst is responsible for contributing as a
key member of the Insurance team accountable for compliance related
concerns, processes, and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities
- Investigate and address compliance related concerns through to
resolution, including all necessary stakeholders
- Document cross-department solutions related to compliance for
learnings and efficiency
- Investigate and respond to customer and/or regulatory agency
complaints. Develop processes and procedures to address any issues identified.
- Review all existing and new marketing materials to ensure
compliance with applicable state laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal/regulatory research related to product, claims, and
distribution, working closely with underwriting and actuarial to
develop new features and products based on market demands and requirements
- Manage regulatory inquires and quarterly/annual requirements
- Formalize and manage internal and external audit processes
- Assess product, compliance, or operational risks and develop risk
management strategies.
- Assist in reviewing new and revised insurance products, policies
and other required forms to ensure compliance with state regulatory
and statutory requirements and in making filings
- Monitor, report and present on the status of projects
