Sales Manager / Engineered Products
(Custom Fabrication)
Ballymore Safety Products is seeking the immediate
hire of a full-time sales manager for our Engineered Access Solutions (EAS).
This individual will be responsible for directly selling and managing
custom fabrication produced in our Tri-Arc manufacturing operation.
EAS group specializes in the design, engineering & fabrication of
customized access products, passive fall protection, and platforms for
working safely at any height.
Ballymore is growing rapidly; this position is intended to accelerate
growth in this very important market.
Ballymore has five major sales verticals: Rolling Ladders,
Aerial Work Platforms, Material Handling Equipment, Safety Products
and Custom EAS.
The successful candidate will sell across all verticals with total
responsibility for growth in our EAS line.
Ballymore Company, headquarters is located in Sadsbury township,
about an hour southwest of Philadelphia, while the Tri-Arc division is
just outside of Pittsburgh. The successful candidate will be able to
work from either operation when they are not traveling.

We are looking for an aggressive team player with excellent
communication and organizational skills, this full-time position will
require travel throughout North America to work closely with
established and target customers.
Under the supervisor of the company’s Vice President of Sales, this
position will successfully carry out these key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Establish goals for the line and ensure those goals are met or
exceeded annually
* Primary outside representative for this product line
* Direct reports include fabrication estimator
* Work with customer to understand functional requirements,
communicate requirements to in house estimators, work with estimators
to generate drawing, BOM, and price proposals
* Present proposals and close orders
* Develop relationships with new accounts and establish repeat customers
* Work with inhouse manufacturing engineering to manage projects
large transactions
* Identify custom work that should be developed into a product line
and work with management to make this a reality
* Promote the use of our "configurator" for quick quotation
and fast turnaround of various work platforms
* Participate in Trade Shows demonstrating the "configurator"
* Work with the sales teams from our industrial catalogs on EAS opportunities
