Population Health Analyst

We have an exciting new opportunity available for an experienced
Population Health Analyst / Healthcare Informatics to join our Team
at Homestead Smart Health Plans (Center City, Phila., PA).
We’ve created this new role to help with our continued growth. This
will report to the Manager of Reporting & Analytics.
This is a full-time, permanent, position working Monday-Friday in a
hybrid fashion out of our Philadelphia, PA (Center City) office.
The role will report to and work with the Reporting and Analytics
Team Lead and will be based in the Philadelphia, PA office.
In this newly created position, you will work closely with our
Account Management team to satisfy our client’s data and reporting
needs. You will present insights into our client’s healthcare trends
and population health, providing recommendations where appropriate.
This role will also work closely with internal stakeholders to
answer business questions, help create dashboards, and report on KPIs.
Specific responsibilities include:
Analyze client’s healthcare data to provide insights and recommendations.
Manage the creation of deliverables and communicate findings to
both internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with Reporting and Analytics team members on special
projects as needed.
