Job Description:
Paletti USA is seeking a dynamic sales manager for the
North East region of the United States. This candidate
will be a self-starter possessing the drive to exceed territory
sales targets by growing the existing customer base, as well as cold
calling and developing new relationships. When not traveling, this
position works remotely. Understanding and relating customer
requirements to our engineering team, and developing proposals to
match our solutions to customer requirements, are key
responsibilities in this role.

What does this role involve?
Your success will be based upon:

Building upon current sales base in the region;

Growing our portfolio of customers with in the geographic territory;

Identifying customer issues and working with the internal team
to provide solutions;

Closing new business;

Providing and maintaining a sales forecast and opportunity pipeline;

Developing and managing strategic partnerships.
