Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a skilled recruiter (contract or permanent) to join their HR team based in Exton, PA.

The ideal candidate will have full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, and the ability to effectively work within all levels of the organization.

This is a full-time position requiring onsite work in the Exton, PA office Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establishes recruiting requirements based on organization plans and objectives and meeting with hiring managers to discuss needs.
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
  • Works mainly in the applicant tracking system to manage current open requisitions and establish a pipeline of talent for the future
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by reviewing resumes/applications, phone screening, interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Manages and coordinates pre-employment testing and reference checks
  • Keeps organized by completing appropriate paperwork, obtaining appropriate authorizations; Manages the requisition process, staffing logs, and other metrics as needed or developed
  • Arranges interviews by coordinating schedules; escorting applicant to interviews; and may arrange tours.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
  • Monitors job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Has as solid understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers; keeps candidate records in compliance with EEO and other regulations surrounding hiring practices.
  • Assists VP of HR with special assignments and/or relevant HR work, as needed.

Experience and Skills:

Required Skills:

  • Full life cycle recruiting experience with exempt, non-exempt, and entry-level positions
  • Manufacturing or relevant industry recruiting experience is preferred
  • Excellent interviewing skills
  • Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills
  • Supports workplace diversity
  • Familiar with relevant Employment Laws
  • Understanding and working knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System
  • Familiarity and working knowledge of on-line job boards- posting jobs
  • Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to interact and work with all levels of the organization
