Job Description:

Pulse Technologies, founded in 1993, is a Privately-owned advanced innovation and contract manufacturing company focused exclusively on medical device components and assemblies. Our beautiful facility is clean and temperature controlled…not your ordinary manufacturing plant! We are located conveniently near the Quakertown exit of the PA Northeast extension of the turnpike.

The Production Control Master/MRP Scheduler is responsible for all production planning and scheduling for the company . S/he will be responsible for production efficiency and productivity improvements in conjunction with goals set by the Materials Manager. S/he will set objectives for production and accomplish them through planning, organizing, controlling, and measuring the performance through benchmarking certain activities.

Responsibilities:
* Production scheduling function is to control the master production schedule along with making sure shipments are on time to the customer.
* Determine tooling and material requirements along with coordinating outside processing.
* Provide delivery dates to sales
* Implement the weekly shipping schedule through coordinating with production supervisors, engineering, and purchasing/inventory control.

Experience and Skills:

Requirements:
* 3 - 5 years experience as a Production Scheduler in a job shop environment
* 4 year degree or equivalent related experience.
* MRP experience
* Experience with Master Scheduling and Capacity Planning
