Technical Customer Service Representative

Technologies is seeking a full time employee who will work directly
with our valued customers as a liaison. The primary responsibility is
to assist customers in conducting business with our organization. The
CSR provides customers with product and pricing information,
facilitates order processing and tracking, and follows up on customer
inquiries, complaints and other account issues.
* Provide quality service and support to customers in processing of
orders and invoices, including optimizing orders, quantities, pricing,
freight policies and expediting, as needed.
* Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure
that issues are resolved.
* Customer account maintenance, including recording and updating
account information in our In-House System.
* Place and log outbound calls to customers to build relationships
and uncover new opportunities.
* Process and resolve customer inquiries / complaints promptly,
courteously and professionally.
* Support the management and production team as needed.
* Manage / maintain miscellaneous administrative functions, A/R
Collections, Office Administration, some Purchasing required etc.
