Marketing Coordinator - Phila., PA
We are growing and seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team
in our Center City, Philadelphia location. You’ll work with our
Communications and Marketing Manager supporting our portfolio of companies.
This is a full time, permanent role with a successful and continually

Specific responsibilities include:
* Brand Management
o Work with Communications and Marketing Manager on
enhancing brand strategy across all of our companies within our portfolio
o Build and own expertise on our Brand Standards,
Identity Kit, targeted messaging best practices, value propositions,
ensuring that all materials created, internal or external, are compliant
o Provide support to Executive Team, Account Management
Team, and Sales and Marketing Team
o Assist with the coordination of sales and marketing events
o Assist with long form content as needed, such as
monthly newsletter copy, published articles, etc.
o Update and maintain electronic and paper filing system
o Assist with the preparation of materials for
presentations, open enrollment meetings, etc.
o Assist with updating and enhancing marketing materials
o Conduct ongoing market research
o Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (i.e., web
traffic and rankings)
o Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics
* Social Media
o Create/Curate organic content and posts for all social
media outlets used by the company (currently: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
o Manage social media calendar
o Monitor social media activity, and direct interaction
to the proper point of contact
o Ensure that all social media content has consistent
branding and messaging
o Increase engagement across social media channels
o Engage in media outreach and identify promotional
opportunities including trade shows, conferences, events, and
meetings. Coordinate with the team to assemble the required materials.
o Prepare award submissions and submit projects for media publication
o Set KPIs for organic social posts/campaigns
(engagement, growth) and measuring performance against these
* SEO Management
o Develop and implement effective search engine
optimization (SEO) strategies
o Coordinate content, design, social media, pay-per-click
(PPC) marketing and other activities
o Manage offsite and onsite optimization projects and
report on performance
* Perform additional duties as assigned
