Concierge Representative - Customer Service
We have an immediate opening for a skilled problem solver who enjoys
being a Liaison to join our team as a Concierge Representative.
The Concierge Representative will act as a liaison between our
organization and its’ stakeholders to ensure members are well informed
of their benefit plan. You will work with our members and our internal departments.
The successful candidate will enhance the customer experience by
providing "white glove" service and creating innovative
solutions to each issue.
This is a full time, permanent job, with our growing Team and Company.
Specific Job Responsibilities are as follows:
*Perform welcome calls to introduce members to the health plan.
*Partner with Provider Support to streamline appointment scheduling.
*Partner with Pharmacy Benefits to ensure member engagement with
eligible member programs.
*Partner with various teams to identify potential servicing issues
and assist in the development of procedures to enhance the member and
*Act as key member in the enrollment process of new/renewal groups.
*Triage member escalations and assist in end-to-end service resolution.
*Manage Zendesk tickets by documenting all inquiries.
*Serve as back-up to Customer Service and After Hour Support as needed.
*Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
*Knowledge of reimbursement methodologies specific to facility and
*Knowledge of enrollment, eligibility, and utilization review processes.
*Keyboarding skills required (minimum 40 WPM).
*Track record of meeting as well as over-achieving performance standards.
*Must be able to meet and attain performance expectations.
*Must pose strong work ethic.
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
*CRM knowledge preferred. (Zendesk)
*Solid organizational skills and effective time management.
*Work independently and use good judgment.
*Ability to multi-task, problem solve effectively, prioritize and follow-up.
*Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
*Exemplary interpersonal, communication and business writing skills.
