Founded in 2010, Sullivan Engineering is a rapid growth firm
that specializes in Building Envelope services. We are currently a
team of 40, with offices in NY, NJ, MA and AZ.
Our growth is attributed to our firm being high on transparency,

providing clear guidance. We are extremely goal driven with our

Developing and executing Business Development Strategy
Leading, Managing and Supporting our Business Development Team including:
Marketing efforts currently performed by an outside consultant
Proposal Generation Team
Sales Team (including Doer-Sellers)
Working seamlessly across the other teams within the
organization, and holding the business development seat in an
entrepreneurial and rapidly growing EOS organization
Meet/surpass annual revenue goals
Drive accountability for the team
Manage team processes and assist others in executing those processes
Maintain existing client relationships
