Organizational Development Consultant
Responsible for developing and implementing programs that align
workforce with key business strategies and initiatives during a merger/acquisition.
This Organizational Development Consultant will implement and
oversee programs that increase efficiency, strengthen employee
knowledge and abilities, improve leadership and maintain the overall
health of the company during a merger.
They will work with top management in diagnosing problems and
setting company goals, then create training programs to meet those
goals, possibly incorporating behavioral science to enhance employee
satisfaction and productivity. They will also help personnel adjust
to new procedures during times of change.
