Systems Analyst - Internal Technical Support - IT Support
We are growing our IT Department and are seeking a full time,
permanent, Systems Analyst for our Center City, Phila., PA location.
This individual will be responsible for gathering User requirements,
configuring software systems to meet those needs, supporting and
training Internal Users, and helping to improve core business
processes. The optimal candidate will have hands-on technical support experience.
We are seeking someone who enjoys speaking with people and is willing
to research and address their Internal IT Systems and Software issues.
This is not a Help Desk or Hotline role, but is a liaison role
(Technical Support) between IT and the internal employees using the
organization’s various computer systems and applicable software.
You will have the ability to provide guidance and research the IT
issue and develop a remedy for the specific User’s needs.
If you see a trend with certain issues repeating with multiple Users,
you’d develop written documentation (User Guides, FAQ’s, and webinars)
that would be easily accessible and understandable for all Users to
access for their future issues which repeat on a frequent basis.

Specific responsibilities include:
Examine and evaluate current systems and processes used by our organization
Identify and document system requirements and processes that are in place
Implement and test configuration changes
Participate in quality assurance (address and prevent Security Flags)
Troubleshoot technical issues
Create system guidelines and documentation for users - (i.e.,
creating webinars, Write Training Materials and User Guides for
Internal Users, building work flows, diagnosing User issues and
providing remedies, analyzing trends with recurring issues and
creating a site for Users to go to for help, etc.)
Train and support Internal Users on systems
Actively look for ways to improve processes and deliver better value
Manage various Projects
