drive new customer acquisition, support software onboarding and
utilization and fulfil project management responsibilities with
respect to client training and consulting engagements.
you will need to bring to the table:
Quickly learn and articulate the value proposition of the PI
platform and methodology
Speak professionally and knowledgeably with decision makers in
the C-Suite, as well as HR management
Consistently achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly activity
targets and quota
Work within our tight-knit sales team to drive towards sales
results and major initiatives
Effectively and accurately track, log, and maintain all
activity in Salesforce.com
What you’ll do:
You will provide pre and post-sale support to the consultant
team and support the sales process and client relationships.
You will participate with MEA events as required, organize and
coordinate meetings and events for clients and prospects including
conferences, pitches, strategic reviews and speaking engagements.
Attend all conferences to facilitate and ensure the smooth running
You will work closely with the Managing Director on a day to
day basis to support prospects in the midatlantic region including
NY, NJ, PA and DE.
Connect with current clients on an as needed basis to share
information and provide software support.
You will enable the team to track the effectiveness of sales
activity and clients’ software utilization
You will source the details of prospective clients and
contribute to email and calling campaigns.
Provide frontline support to current clients with respect to
software, consulting and workshop scheduling and administration.
Support clients through the sales process
Maintain and update PI and MEA CRM software
Contribute towards the achievement of the teams’ revenue
targets, as well as achieving personal targets set, including
calling targets. Ensure asset growth from existing and new prospects
