As the Director of Human Resources, you’ll find a rare opportunity to partner with organizational leaders to develop and promote people strategies that support organizational priorities. Our client is looking for an experienced HR leader who has a combination of compassion, drive and grit. This newly created position provides the opportunity to make a large impact on the company’s operations by developing and implementing HR best practices in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, compensation, retention and more. Provide leadership and direction in the areas of employee relations, talent acquisition and retention, salary and benefits, training and development, rewards and recognition, and compliance.
Provide coaching and counseling to members of the leadership team, supervisors, and individual contributors throughout the organization on matters of performance, careers, HR policies and practices and related topics.
Lead the planning and implementation of leadership development initiatives which includes succession planning, mobility, performance management, competency models, and reward systems.
