Regional Sales Manager - Equipment Sales
(Furnace/Oven)

We have an exciting new opening available for a Regional
Sales Manager who is experienced in Equipment Sales and has
electro-mechanical knowledge.
We will entertain candidates who are near the Delaware area as well
as any 'remote' candidates who have the background we are seeking.
Position Overview:
This is an important role, driving sales and helping to meet our
company’s growth targets.
We are a Industrial Furnace and Heat Treatment Equipment
Manufacturer. We sell industrial ovens, furnaces, and heat treat
systems across a range of industries, including aerospace, medical
science, additive manufacturing, and specialist materials.
Our equipment is used in producing various products such as ceramic
castings, spacecraft components, medical imaging equipment, and fiber-optics.
Essential Job Functions:
Attract new and retain existing customers by territory development
Expand business with current customers. Develop new customers within
target markets.
Promote sale of equipment and provide sales support. Quote, follow-up
and negotiate orders for various projects. Manage those projects
through to successful commissioning.
Work closely with Product and Project Managers at our German headquarters.
Generate positive relationships with potential and existing customers
in the territory.
Document activities, generate reports in the CRM and keep records of
business transactions.
Maintain a list of forecasted projects.
Attend selected trade shows and exhibitions across North America to
promote products or to learn about industry development.
Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services,
competitors, relevant information about existing and/or emerging
technologies and product-line developments.
Participate as a key team member to achieve the company’s performance objectives.
Sales Support:
Input detailed customer application information into the CRM.
Update prospective customer information in the CRM following trade shows.
Track all activity from customer visits in the CRM.
Support our internal sales team with technical assistance on more
complex projects.
