CounterTek is seeking a Cultured Marble Finishing
Tech to join our company. We will train you for this role, if you do
not have experience.
This role Reports to Production Supervisor.
Job Summary:
Responsible for using components and parts to produce custom
countertops. Reads and interprets blueprints, and work orders.
Performs repairs as needed and reports production errors to supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Study and interpret work order assembly instruction. Determine if all
parts or materials are present. Assemble tools and materials. Position
parts and subassemblies.
Pull parts to be finished from grinding area and place on finishing
box. Check measurements, defects, scratches, repair as necessary.
Using wax compound and buffer finish to a streak free luster move top
down finishing conveyor to final inspection and packaging area. Mark
boxes with customer delivery information to include work order number
and purchase order number. Move finished product to warehouse.
Eliminate production of defective parts and products. Clean equipment
and conveyor. Record number of pieces finished and packaged.
Listen to instructions from supervisor. Resolve production and
assembly issues.
Ensure work area is clean and safe. Report low stock to supervisor.

Salary and Hours:
Pay starts at $16/hr., going up to $17/hr. after a successful 90-day review.
Full-time and Permanent role
Hours are: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm with some overtime possibilities.
No evenings, no weekends.
