Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Human Resources
Coordinator to provide vital administrative support to our HR
department and serve as a reliable resource for our 120+ team
members.
Operating alongside our HR Director, you will handle day-to-day
employee lifecycle tasks, keep our HRIS records up-to-date, assist
with pre-employment pipelines, and help pull together structural
information for our regular payroll cycles.

Key Responsibilities:
* HRIS & Payroll Support: Keep our digital
records pristine by managing employee data entry for new hires,
terminations, and pay adjustments. Help review and audit regular
timesheets to ensure a seamless payroll run under the Director's oversight.
* Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage
the scheduling of candidate interviews, process critical criminal
background checks, check professional references, and lead
welcoming, compliant onboarding experiences for new team members.
* Benefits Coordination: Act as an accessible
point of contact for basic questions regarding our employee benefits
package, assist with leave of absence paperwork (FMLA/STD), and
support the team through annual Open Enrollment.
* Training Platform Administration: Coordinate
and track mandatory employee compliance training, health
certifications, and professional development seminars using our
automated training platform, Relias.
* Compliance & Records: Ensure absolute
compliance with federal, state, and local labor standards by
accurately maintaining digital personnel files and assisting with
necessary structural organization audits.
