Nursing Supervisor

Elm Terrace Gardens

Lansdale, PA

(Full Time, Permanent Opportunity)

7:00 pm - 7:00 am

 

 

Elm Terrace Gardens is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in the heart of Lansdale PA.

 

Registered Nurse Supervisor:

 

 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead and oversee nursing staff within our 5 star healthcare facility.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care while supporting a collaborative and professional work environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare delivery.

 

Schedule is: 7pm-7am bi-weekly schedule Monday, Tuesday, Sat, Sun, Thurs, Fri

 

 

Salary:  $50/hr. - $52/hr.

 

Excellent benefit package offered after 60 days!

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations for nursing team members.

- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes.

- Monitor patient care quality and safety, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to healthcare regulations and hospital policies.

- Participate in staffing and scheduling to meet patient care needs and maintain optimal staffing levels.

Experience and Skills:

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state or region.

- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a healthcare setting.

- Strong clinical knowledge and skills across a variety of nursing disciplines.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team of healthcare professionals.

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
