Metal Service Center, is seeking a Full Time,
Permanent Administrative Assistant / Operations
Assistant to join our team.
The potential candidate will be responsible for a wide range of
day-to-day requirements to ensure a functional and efficient office environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a wide range of skills through various administrative
and operational tasks
- Collaborate closely with a talented team in the steel industry
- Answer phones, maintain filing systems, handle billing
procedures, and assist with shipping and receiving for the
Operations Department
- Opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of the
operations team
- Full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package,
including paid time off, major medical coverage, 401k, and holiday pay
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative or operational roles preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a
team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Desire to start or advance a career in the steel industry
