What You’ll Do

Provide high?quality customer support, including product
information, pricing, availability, order entry, delivery
coordination, and repair or calibration inquiries.

Communicate professionally by phone, email, and in person to
ensure customer needs are met thoroughly and promptly.

Manage customer accounts and process orders, returns, credits,
and repair requests with accuracy and attention to detail.

Collaborate with internal teams while maintaining a positive,
