 Front Desk Receptionist

Upper Macungie Township

Lehigh County, PA

(Full Time, Permanent Opportunity)

 

 

Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County, PA is seeking highly organized, customer-focused applicants for the position of Front Desk Receptionist.

This position supports various staff members, as needed, and serves as the first line of contact with the public by greeting and directing visitors, providing a variety of office duties such as routing incoming telephone calls, assisting the public with various forms, preparing correspondence, as well as filing, scanning and inputting data.

The successful candidate must submit to an extensive background check and pre-employment screening.

This position is full-time, non-exempt.

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.

Salary range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, with excellent benefits.

Experience and Skills:

This position requires a basic knowledge of clerical procedures.

Municipal government background is preferred.

Must be able to communicate professionally, work well with a diverse community, have strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, possess great customer service, organizational and computer skills.

The successful applicant shall have a minimum of years (2) years’ experience in administrative work, possess attention to detail, and strong computer and customer service skills.

 

The successful candidate must submit to a background check and pre-employment screening.

Benefits

This position is a full-time, Non-Exempt role.

Salary range: $20.00 - $22.00/per hour.

Pay rate will be commensurate with education, skills, and relevant experience.
