In-Home Sales Estimator

Graboyes Window & Door

East Norriton, PA

Full-time, 1099 Commission Only

We can teach you how to thrive in this position and get to a six-figure run-rate within 90 days. During our interview process we will come to that conclusion together.


How it works:


* After two to three weeks of sales and product training and shadowing our reps and manager, our marketing team will schedule appointments for you with highly targeted and well-qualified homeowners.


* Your manager with then work with you on these appointments so that you can become proficient in running the appointments and closing the sale. Within 30 days you will be running most of your appointments on your own.


* 60 days later you should be mostly on your own, closing a lot of sales and enjoying some great commissions.


* During this time and as long as you are on our team, your manager and the inside team, including the owners of the business, will always be available to answer questions and get involved as needed to help you succeed.

 

Our team close rate is around 38% and our top earners are closing 45% or more of the appointments they run.

There are no cold calls required of you, only follow-up calls to homeowners you did not close the first time.

We aim to schedule appointments that are geographically convenient to your home.

All necessary samples, display materials, and an iPad will be provided

Experience and Skills:

Our Requirements:

2-3 years of sales experience where you have demonstrated success in achieving targets and earning commissions


Perform accurate measurements and assessments of project requirements


Create and present detailed and accurate sales proposals using our provided iPad


Close sales and meet monthly sales targets


Attend monthly sales meetings to discuss goals, performance, and strategies


Maintain excellent communication with the office, providing updates on appointments and sales activities


Stay current with product knowledge and industry trends to best serve our clients


Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times


Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction


Dispatching from home, providing flexibility and convenience


Paid training to ensure you have the knowledge and skills to succeed


High school diploma or equivalent


Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills


Ability to work independently and manage time effectively


Valid driver's license and reliable transportation


Proficient with technology, including iPads
