Data Entry Professional

Temporary Role

Wayne, PA

Our client is in need of a very accurate and detailed Data Entry professional to assist with a Large Project on which they are working. The project will require manual fixes using Excel, within pages of Data, where you will be scrolling and editing text. This project needs accuracy and attention to detail.

Temporary Position Overview:

We’re seeking a very detail-oriented administrative and data operations professional to support our Wayne, PA office.

The role will focus primarily on Salesforce data maintenance , deal flow preparation , and general CRM and database support for our bankers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Maintenance & Cleanup
  • Identify and consolidate duplicate Accounts in Salesforce.
    • Manually transfer data from duplicate Accounts to the correct record and delete redundant entries.
    • Maintain clean, accurate datasets across Salesforce and Excel.

  • Deal Flow & Data Preparation
  • Prepare and format data for mass uploads related to specific deals.
    • Work with bankers to ensure the right contacts and companies are associated with each transaction.
    • Add new data into Salesforce and related spreadsheets from sources such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and banker submissions.

  • Marketing & Outreach Support
  • Assist with large-scale contact list management for outreach campaigns.
    • Help maintain list hygiene and update records as needed.

Location & Schedule:

  • Based in our Wayne, PA office, primarily supporting that office but may occasionally assist our other offices remotely.
  • Employment Hours: 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday.

Experience and Skills:

Requirements & Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Familiarity with Excel (comfortable working with spreadsheets, sorting, and entering data).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is helpful but not required; training can be provided.
  • Ability to follow clear instructions and maintain accuracy with repetitive tasks.
  • Comfortable communicating with team members and managing priorities.
  • Sense of humor preferred.
