Senior Accountant - Client Services

Are you ready to take your accounting career to the next level in a dynamic and flexible work environment? We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growth-oriented team that’s redefining how financial services are delivered to businesses across the country.
This is not your typical accounting role. You’ll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing strategic financial support and managing a wide range of accounting functions—from AP/AR and reconciliations to financial reporting and forecasting. If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and making a real impact, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead day-to-day accounting operations for multiple clients
  • Manage AP/AR, general ledger updates, journal entries, and reconciliations
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and cash flow forecasts
  • Support audits, 1099 preparation, and special projects
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering financial insights and recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements
  • Leverage accounting software to enhance reporting and efficiency

Experience and Skills:

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in an accounting role
  • Background in public accounting or financial services preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Online (other systems a plus)
  • Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills

Benefits

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage with employer subsidy
  • Company-paid life insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid holidays and vacation time

Work Environment:

  • Monday–Friday schedule (40+ hours/week)
  • On-site in Doylestown, PA
  • Opportunities for career growth
  • Team-building events and holiday celebrations

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

Flexibility isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a core part of the culture. You’ll be part of a collaborative, laid-back team that values work/life balance and brings people together both inside and outside the office. If you’re passionate about helping businesses thrive and want to be part of a team that values your expertise, we encourage you to apply today.
