Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to
lead commercial, industrial, and institutional construction projects
ranging from $5M to $25M. This role is ideal for someone who thrives
in a fast-paced environment, values precision and collaboration, and
is passionate about delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the
project lifecycle
- Lead and manage project teams including Superintendents and field staff
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, change orders, and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and design teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and permitting regulations
- Maintain detailed records, especially for federally or
state-funded projects
- Enforce jobsite safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction
