Temporary Junior Staff Accountant (Full-Time | Now through December 2025)
Location: Bristol, PA | Monday-Friday, Full-Time Hours | Reports to: CFO

We’re looking for a sharp, dependable Junior Staff Accountant to join the finance team through the end of 2025. This temporary, full-time role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across credit, collections, A/P, invoicing, and general ledger functions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Post daily cash entries and reconcile bank deposits
  • Process freight invoices and manage check runs
  • Review customer credit and onboard new accounts
  • Provide backup support for A/P, invoicing, and collections
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support the CFO with key tasks

Experience and Skills:

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting or relevant coursework
  • 1-3 years of accounting experience (bonus points for general ledger or collections exposure)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
  • A team-first attitude and solid MS Office skills
