Human Resources Generalist
Our client is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
HR Generalist to join their team on a full-time
basis in their Lansdale, PA office.

leading heat treatment provider to the U.S. Military and a variety of
industries across the country including aerospace, medical, and

with labor regulations.
Summary: Reporting to the General Manager,
this position plays a central role in supporting all aspects of HR,
including employee and labor relations, benefits administration,
recruitment, compliance, payroll processing oversight, and more. This
is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working
closely with employees at all levels!
This is a full-time, permanent position requiring onsite work in
the Lansdale, PA office.
Responsibilities:
Employee & Labor Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related inquiries.
- Work with union stewards and management to ensure a respectful and
compliant labor environment.
- Support grievance processes, disciplinary procedures, and investigations.
- Interpret and administer the collective bargaining agreement (CBA)
in collaboration with leadership.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in
the HRIS and payroll systems.
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
and company policies.
- Coordinate audits, reporting, and documentation as needed.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in the hiring process for both hourly and salaried positions.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure proper onboarding
documentation is completed.
Benefits Administration
- Serve as a liaison between employees and benefits providers.
- Administer benefit enrollments, life events, and open enrollment periods.
- Assist with FMLA, workers' compensation, and disability leave processes.
Training & Engagement
- Support internal training initiatives and performance review processes.
- Promote employee engagement through events, communications, and
HR-driven programs.
Payroll Administration
- Process weekly payroll for hourly (union) and salaried employees,
ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain payroll records, handle timekeeping discrepancies, and
coordinate with supervisors to verify hours and approvals.
- Manage payroll-related changes such as deductions, garnishments,
benefits, and taxes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable wage and hour laws and union
contract provisions.
