Elm Terrace Gardens is looking for a qualified, caring,
trustworthy individual to join our Maintenance Team.

Elm Terrace Gardens is a Continuing Care Retirement Community
located in the heart of Lansdale.
ABOUT US:
Elm Terrace Gardens is a nonprofit, 5-star, Continuing Care
Retirement Community located in the heart of Lansdale.
We are known for providing the highest quality healthcare
services throughout Montgomery County and the surrounding area.
The hours are:
7:30am-4:00pm
Monday-Friday
And you must be able to work one (1) weekend every
month (rotating schedule).
Position Responsibilities:
We are looking for a thorough and detailed Maintenance Worker
to undertake the responsibility of preserving the good condition
and functionality of the premises.
You will perform maintenance tasks of a wide variety such as
painting, repairs, landscaping, etc.
A Maintenance Worker is a thorough professional with a
practical mind and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and
responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines.
The goal is to maintain the buildings in the best possible condition.
Survey areas and perform preventative, repairs, and
inspections as assigned.
Complete assigned maintenance work on vacant and make-ready
apartment units.
Clean shared areas and building exterior as needed.
Complete resident work orders in a prompt fashion
Perform manual repairs when necessary
Snow removal as required.
Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned
(painting, carpentry, changing filters, electrical outlets,
trouble shooting, etc.)
Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to
identify maintenance needs
Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and
HVAC systems
Assist in the installation and maintenance of building
fixtures and equipment
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and
tasks efficiently
Keep work areas clean and organized
